The 38MGRQ48E-3 multi zone mini split condenser unit can support comfort in a wide set of outdoor temperatures to suit many different application needs. With its high efficiency and ability to connect to up to 5 air handlers without a branch box, produces a unique line of mini split condensers that provides a superior quality system.
The 38MGRQ48E-3 multi zone heat pump condenser is rated for up to 48,000 BTU's of heating and cooling across up to 5 air handlers that are connected to the condenser. With an integrated base pan heater pre-installed from the factory, this condenser will provide superior comfort across all connected air handlers with heating all the way down to -22°F and cooling all the way down to -13°F, lower than many other brands. Please note that in order to function, this heat pump condenser must be installed with at least two compatible air handlers, controllers, and other installation equipment, all available at an additional cost.
extends a 10 year parts warranty and a 10 year compressor warranty when the unit is installed following your state and local installation codes and when paired with compatible air handlers. Please note that online registration within 90 days of the installation is required for these warranties to be upheld, and that the unit is only under warranty for the original equipment owner as specified on the warranty certificate. When transferred or unregistered, the warranty will be a standard 5 year parts and compressor warranty from the time of purchase.
The exterior of mini split condensers are designed with a heavy-gauge galvanized steel cabinet to protect the unit during everyday use. With its full-coverage baked-enamel white finish, the 38MGRQ48E-3 will be further protected while keeping its new white appearance throughout the unit's life.
