Pre-weathered corten steel base and fire bowl, 1/2" carbon steel cooktop with grate. Made with weather resistant materials and can be left outdoors in all weather conditions. The three-part design makes it easy to transport. No required maintenance for base or fire bowl. After every wood-burning use scrape food residue into the fire and wipe cooktop with cooking oil.
FEATURES
With only a 30 minute heat up time and 1 hour cool down, the Sterling 40 makes for a quick prep time as well as an easy clean up. While heating up, you can prepare a wide variety of foods from seafood to steak to veggies on the 1600 square inch cooking surface. With the ability to also use pans on the cooktop, this grill is very versatile.
