This heat pump installation kit comes with most of the items you will need to install your new system. This kit includes a disconnect box, electrical whip, equipment pad, heat pump risers, and a 2 stage thermostat. More information on each of these items is below.
A disconnect switch is used to ensure that an electrical circuit is completely shut off for service or maintenance.
Liquidtite 1/2 in. x 4 ft. AC Whip comes with 2 non-metallic and liquid-tight connectors and features 3 conductors in black, red and green.
E Lite is a plastic pad designed as a mounting base for air conditioning condensers. The rugged design provides uniform and generous ribbing for optimum, self-leveling ground support without inserts. E Lite is injection molded from polypropylene, resulting in a pad that is lightweight, but not too light. A subtle texture prevents unit slide and presents a classic appearance, which is enhanced by rounded edges and a concrete gray color. Each pad is molded with its size in raised letters.
Heat pump risers provide a sturdy and stable solution for adding elevation to a heat pump in colder climates to keep the heat pump above average snow levels. The one-piece, heavy duty plastic unit is manufactured with thick wall sections and generous reinforcements are employed in the most effective areas, yielding a strong yet lightweight structure.
The 2000 series Braeburn thermostats are a cost effective solution to temperature control! Designed with a bright blue backlight and large easy to read characters. Braeburn thermostats are easy to operate for all consumers.
