Sticky icky pecan ribs recipe by PGS grills
- Three racks of pork baby back ribs
- Take a paring knife and score the ribs bone side up on the membrande creating an x pattern
- Use 1 tsp of mustard on each side of the ribs as a binder
- Generously season each side of the ribs with our choice of "John Henry's pecan rub".
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees
- Place ribs on your rib rack and cook for about 1 hour, spritzing them with apple juice every 15 minutes and flipping them once at the 30-minute mark.
- Once the hour is up, place the ribs on direct heat for about 10 minutes until you get a nice char on both sides.
- Give the ribs a nice baste with our choice of "bone sucking sauce". Let the ribs sit on the grill unitl the sauce carmelizes.
- Baste them one more time and pull them off the grill.
- Garnish with a touch of chopped chives and enjoy!
