Warranty Information
Hunter Trak Fans provides a 3 Year Motor Warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as solely determined by Hunter, under normal use when the fan and its components are properly installed and operated in accordance with Hunter’s written installation and operation instructions.
Exclusions
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to fans moved or reinstalled in a different location, installed outside the U.S. or Canada, or purchased without proof of purchase/installation or from unauthorized resellers. Refurbished units, products with altered serial numbers, or defects not reported within 45 days are also excluded.
Normal wear, cosmetic blemishes, or standard operating noise are not covered. Damage from extreme site conditions such as heat, humidity, dust, wind, or corrosive elements is excluded, as well as accidental damage, modifications, improper repairs, or use of incorrect parts.
Issues caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow Hunter’s instructions are not covered. Electrical failures from power surges, incorrect voltage, or current supply, along with natural disasters such as floods or storms, are excluded from coverage.

What mounting type do I need?
An 8 ft ceiling should utilize a low-profile or ultra-low-profile fan. Low-profile or ultra-low profiles cannot be used on an angled ceiling. For a ceiling 9 ft and above, we recommend a downrod.If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks.
Does it include a controller / remote?
Yes! This fan comes with both a remote control and a wall control, and it even includes a reversible function so you can switch between summer and winter modes. If you’re looking for other control options, just give us a call!
