Warranty Information
Triangle Engineering of Arkansas, Inc. offers a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for products manufactured by Triangle Engineering. Motors, capacitors, and switches are also covered for one year from the date of purchase.
If your product experiences a failure, please contact Triangle Engineering at 1-800-255-9014 with the model number, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Once the problem is verified and proof of purchase is confirmed, the manufacturer will either:
- Ship the necessary repair parts to you, freight prepaid, or
- Have the product returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
If the product is returned to the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs. After repair or replacement, the manufacturer will cover outbound shipping costs to return the product. If the product is found to be functioning normally with no defects, it will be returned freight collect.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Insufficient ventilation as outlined in the installation guide
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
- Poor or missing maintenance
- Incorrect installation
- Use of unauthorized parts or attachments
- Lost parts

How long is the power cord, and what kind of power does it need?
The fan comes with a 10-foot grounded power cord and runs on a standard 115V outlet, so you can plug it into a regular wall socket.
Can I use an external speed controller with this fan?
No, this fan is designed to work only with its built-in motor settings. Adding outside controllers could cause problems or void the warranty.
How do I set up the HeatBuster Slim when it arrives?
