This product has been very good so far cannot be happier

A little noise. Not real pleased with the multiple position air handler. All in all pretty good buy.

Everything was shipped as ordered and on time. No damages

I was reluctant to purchase hvac equipment on line worrying about what it would look like after shipping. I'm here to tell you that I've never seen anything packing so well and protected! Furnace, condenser and a acoil were all individually pallitized and then put on a regular pallet all together. Even had foam between everything! I don't think it could have been hurt it it was rolled down the highway. Kudos to your shipping department. I've purchased more equipment since this system and all was just as great.
