Reviews for ACiQ Standard Series 1.5 Ton 16 SEER2 80% AFUE 60,000 Hybrid Heat Pump and Furnace System - R454B Inverter - Upflow/Horizontal

I’m very happy to have purchased a furnace with HVACDIRECT. They were very helpful in finding the right furnace and the components to set it up. I would highly recommend HVACDIRECT.

This company was very easy to work with. Friendly and very helpful customer service

quiet, works great, this is my second goodman furnace and am very happy with it.

Easy to buy, install and use. I am not an HVAC person, but installing this furnace was easy. Made my plenum changes to fit the furnace with a secondary heat pump as air conditioning. Had to install all black pipe with fittings to code as well as have a qualified/certified HVAC professional survey and check my install.
All check out the first time and propane tick-tack was installed by propane dealer.
1st winter has gone by without any issues. Furnace is fully functional and without faults.
Great experience.

Replaced my ac unit with this. Works much better than the old unit and excited to see how it does with heating this winter.

Ordered this unit on a Thursday and was told “7-10 business days”. It was in my garage by 9am Monday. Installation was a breeze and now I’m looking forward to not freezing my fanny off this winter.

I’m sorry for hear that, I thought HVACDirect supply’s was good price and better price from other suppliers. Others suppliers are more expensive than HVACDIRECT supply. I’m so sorry.

This furnace was installed in April 2023 and thanks to the variable Nebraska weather I have had several opportunities to test it. This furnace has worked flawlessly since installation. At this point I am extremely satisfied with ordering through HVACDirect.com. Thank you!

I've installed both units and they work ... so that's good. I'm really interested in their performance over the next 10 years. The coils and compressors looked good. Line sets were of good quality. Thanks.

everything is fine
