I found the company responsive in solving my requirements for replacing an old mini split system. I order a one for one replacement and the new unit was installed with no problems. There was confusion at the beginning of the install in that the technician was confused over the "smart capabilities". We didn't know if we had to set up the smart functions to install the unit correctly to maintain the warranty. The tech support of HVAC direct was quick and fully assisted me in completing the install without problems. Fortunately, I didn't need the interconnecting plumbing since the old unit was still installed. The unit is installed and working as expected and it is very quiet. The standard remote control works just fine and the unit is responsive.

Installed this system myself. Had to call tech support a few times to keep me on track, which was a big help.
Watched some generic youtube videos as well.
This system works great and is keeping g my 2500sqft home in Tahoe warm.

The equipment is excellent, and we are getting what we hoped for.

I am very happy with the order so far but we have not installed them yet. I am meeting with my contractor tomorrow in fact to make that plan for the installation so I will keep you posted as to how it's going.

Everything is fine so far. I have everything in place waiting for a friend of mine to connect the unit. The delivery went well and the packaging was great. I am looking forward to getting things running. You Guys are great. I will recommend you to other people.
