Reviews for 12,000 BTU ACiQ Essentials 20 SEER2 Single Zone Wall Mount Mini Split Heat Pump System w/16 Ft. Line Set - R32 | 115V

Great price, great supplier and great product. Easy to install and set up with the very good instructions. I am still having an issue with setting up the app for my phone but I'm sure ill get it done eventually. Split is quiet, works well and I'm glad I made this decision of the right equipment from the right supplier. Thanks!!

all installation parts are included. 16 foot of line set is just enough to mount condenser on the other side of a wall within a few feet of evaporator. worked fine for me, measure twice. unit is so quiet i wasn't even sure it was running, blows cool air across my 20x20 garage. nice price, would buy another if needed.

The Mini Split was delivered and packaged professionally. I was totally impressed with the service and with the way the unit operates. I intend to order a few more units. The ordering process was virtually flawless. I'm recommending this company to all my friends.

Great unit for the price

Good quality, great service

Quick shipping and great prices. Not my first purchase or my last.

You'd think if someone purchased the longer line set, they'd send along an equally longer power cable rather than the standard one

12K BTU (115V). The Handler and Condenser connectors for line set was 1/4"LL and 3/8"SL. But received 1/4"LL and 1/2"SL.

We've turned this unit on a couple of times and so far it has operated efficiently. It's being used in my wife's craft room in a newly enclosed area in part of our garage. She's very happy with this units output.

Unit came in like 2 days I was shocked! It came undamaged and all the parts were there! Installation was a breeze. I bought the head unit in black looks great with my black fans and black accents. It runs a little differently than a lot of mini splits I’ve installed in fact I thought I might have a problem because when it meets temp it just stops. So many I’ve put in the gains close or go to air sampling mode this one just stops. It comes back on I think eco mode is probably where I’ll leave mine. But great product .
