Reviews for 120,000 BTU 80% AFUE Goodman Gas Furnace – Scratch & Dent – Open Box

Heater works great. A little damage from either where it was stored, or during shipping. The dent location did not appear to cause issues for the installation or operation of the heater. The heater due to size was raised up off the ground 5 inches, which was also nice due to water on floor going to sumps during heavy rains. Great working overall for what was needed.

It is working well for me.

Everything was excellent

pleased with my purchase. I also appreciate the guidance on what size unit needed for my house. The Goodman Furnace is great quality and am sure it will provide many years of trouble free service. Thanks Again

There appear to have been no problems. The new furnace functions better with more efficiency than the one that became unrepairable.

It was a great experience.

For what it’s worth, I am delighted over my purchase. Pricing was competitive, shipping was fast and well conditioned. Furnace came to me timely and arrived in good shape.

I will most certainly be a repeat customer and will speak of you to my friends.

everything was good Thanks for your help I’ll be reaching out in a couple days to talk to you about some other stuff

I must say that I was very impressed with the packing of the unit as well as the solid construction. I ended up working on this project alone so it took me about 22 hours to complete as I had to do a fair amount of sheet metal work but the installation itself was very straightforward and the unit is performing extremely well. Our parents are quite happy with how quiet the system is and that it provides a much more even heat than their 20 year old unit that I removed.

I will need to purchase and install the AC portion of the system this spring, but we just didn't have the finances to do that at this time. If I had to give you all a rating, it would definitely be an A+

I thought your protection for shipping via truck was first rate. Would buy from you again.
