The new unit is great!! My only complaint is with the delivery company, XPOLogistics. I asked and was told that I would get a call on the morning of delivery and it would be delivered between 3 and 6 p.m. that afternoon. The expected delivery date was on Friday January 7th. I did not receive a call that morning. I got a call from the driver at 5:30p.m. and he said he would be at my house in 15 minutes. I was away from my home at an activity at the time. I had to leave and go home to meet him. I was not pleased with that.

It is a direct replacement I am well satisfied with the unit

It works great. It was a replacement for an older other made unit. It's much more quiet and my electric and gas bills went down significantly. It's worth every penny. The company delivered it right here to my door quickly. I'm very happy with it.

The product was great but I didn't receive the sales help needed in ordering.

This is my second purchase of a Goodman unit I had a split system installed in our second home in NC first & this 4 Ton unit replaced a Trane unit that was 13 years old, here in WV, I am very pleased with both units.

Unit delivered to my home on time in good condition. Installed easy, and works as advertised. I would buy again and highly recommend. Very good price.
