We have an old unit that has been a good one, it is 13 years old, the compressor broke a valve. Decided not to fix it, for the age. The unit we bought is the same size and frame, fits in the same location as the old unit, no problem with installation. Turned on cooling again, thanks for the fine personal who assisted us, will recommend highly. Thanks very much, Jack!

I was a little worried about some of the reviews I read on this prior to ordering the unit however, after ordering the unit, I was really surprised and really grateful for the professionalism and on-time no problems no damage nothing unsuspected happen and that is kind of rare so I’d like to thank everybody at HVAC direct you guys did an awesome job. Thank you.
