Reviews for 2.5 Ton 14.3 SEER2 96% AFUE 80,000 BTU Hybrid Heat Pump & Furnace System - R32 Dual Fuel Upflow

For what it’s worth, I am delighted over my purchase. Pricing was competitive, shipping was fast and well conditioned. Furnace came to me timely and arrived in good shape.

I will most certainly be a repeat customer and will speak of you to my friends.

everything was good Thanks for your help I’ll be reaching out in a couple days to talk to you about some other stuff

Works great!! Received quickly!! No complaints here!!

I am happy with my new heatpump system. I am a retired A/C tech and was able to buy from y’all cheaper than local wholesalers.

I must say that I was very impressed with the packing of the unit as well as the solid construction. I ended up working on this project alone so it took me about 22 hours to complete as I had to do a fair amount of sheet metal work but the installation itself was very straightforward and the unit is performing extremely well. Our parents are quite happy with how quiet the system is and that it provides a much more even heat than their 20 year old unit that I removed.

I will need to purchase and install the AC portion of the system this spring, but we just didn't have the finances to do that at this time. If I had to give you all a rating, it would definitely be an A+

Product was delivered quickly, and the unit is working great! I had hoped the carrier would have been able to load it into our warehouse, but instead he had to drop it on the sidewalk next to our building due to his truck being so large and company policy. Other than that, it was a smooth transaction.

Thanks again,

I thought your protection for shipping via truck was first rate. Would buy from you again.

So far very happy. Can't wait to see my Gas bill.

Great experience with this company and friendly staff. I have recommended HVAC direct to many people. Thank you.

Everything is great thank you.
