Reviews for Goodman 2.5 Ton 14.5 SEER2 80% AFUE 80,000 BTU Hybrid Heat Pump & Furnace System - R32 Dual Fuel Horizontal | Low NOx

i am close to starting up my new system. Will have it up and running next week. Have had a few distractions in getting my system installed. Will have more to say when its up and running. As far as being able to buy on line and delivery to my door the experience was very successful and Im quite satisfied. Thank you

Everything came undamaged, the extra time and care in packaging equipment will save you thousands in returns I'm sure, thank you.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance of the system and my buying experience with HVACDirect. I received the entire heat pump system (i.e. indoor and outdoor units and refrigerant line) within 4 days of placing the order, and all material was received undamaged and in full working order. The material came well packed and secured. My only critical comment is that the shipping notice was sent to me on the morning of the day I received the unit - more advance notice would have been helpful. I would highly recommend HVACDirect based on my experience.

I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Couldn't be happier. The new system is installed and working incredibly well. I saved a ton of money ordering it wholesale rather than through an HVAC dealer. Delivery was prompt and received in good order. Thank you guys so much.

We just installed our HVAC system this week. The new furnace, filter box, vent system, line set and A/C unit all went in without a hitch. I would definitely use you again in the future. We have a 2 HVAC system household, so we will be upgrading that soon. Also thinking of going to a tankless water heater.

I have been ordering from your company for a while and have never had a bad experience, Your sales guy Shawn is one of the best I’ve ever worked with

It was great! No complaints !!!

I'm an HVAC tech I can get my units for less with HVACDIRECT than my local supply co. I just bought ana 2 ton Goodman air handler and will be buying a heat pump condenser soon from these guys. they are very knowledgeable and provide great service
