Very happy with the heat pump system. Working well

All is good so far, I am in fact finishing up the furnace installation
and the Goodman furnace is working fine.
The shipping was fast and went perfectly
The pricematch request was received and as a result of all of this I
will be back in the spring looking at your mini split system.

I have not gotten it installed yet but i was very pleased with the service and will be getting some more units for some other projects.

Now so far excellent fast delivery although I won't be actually installing it until spring of next year hopefully but everything went great good easy feedback response times thank you guys very much

Very happy with the quick delivery and how the questions I had on the product were answered. I have nothing negative to say. I have bought before from your company and have been happy both times. The furnace was basically installed by me, but I had a local HVAC person check out my installation and check that everything was right (it took him about an hour) to do some final things. Paying him for an hour gives me piece of mind.

I had a great experience with my purchase from HVACDirect. I worked with Chad and he did an incredible job helping me to find an AC unit and had it delivered within a couple days. I'm especially grateful for his assistance because I do have a couple local AC companies that were not able to get a unit for between 2 and 4 weeks due to supply chain issues. My impression was Chad really put forth extra effort to be able to get the unit quickly. It was over 100 degrees and the existing unit failed completely so his effort was very much appreciated.



Lastly - I did want to share that because of the great work by Chad that I was able to cancel my order from Alpine home air since they failed to meet their promise to ship the same day as the payment was made by several days. In fact, I received my order sooner than I would have received the unit from Alpine Air if they would have shipped it on time.



HVAC Direct has a new loyal customer as a result.
