The system is very quiet. I haven't had it very long but it appears to do the job. Compared to other manufacturers prices it was a very good value.

We are extremely satisfied! The new Goodman air conditioner is working perfectly. It is super quiet too. Your delivery was very quick. Unfortunately this order included a condensing unit that had some damage, but again you folks excelled. A replacement unit was sent quickly and the folks I worked with were very nice.

I am extremely happy with AC system I purchased from you. The ordering process was easy and I received excellent customer service. The products arrived in good condition and I was able to install them with no issues. I’m glad your company sells to individuals and not just hvac companies.

I had a phenomenal experience with HVAC Direct. Price was great, shipping was quick, and my new air conditioner works very well. I have zero complaints about the process whatsoever and I’ll definitely be using HVAC Direct for my upcoming new home build.
Thank you for a super experience. I like being treated like gold.
