Reviews for ACIQ 2 Ton 14.3 SEER2 Heat Pump Condenser - Scratch & Dent – Minimal Damage

I am very satisfied with the products that I purchased from HVAC Direct. I recently got a quote from a local HVAC contractor for $8800 to add A/C to my home. I purchased every component required to do the installation myself for less than $2700 delivered to my driveway. The installation took me the better part of a weekend, but it was completed and the system was fully operational just in time for the first heatwave of the year (I'm in the PNW, so it was mid-June, lol). My family and I are incredibly pleased with the outcome. Saving over $6000 on this job allowed my family to take a well needed vacation this year!

Everything is working really well! So glad we found HVAVDirect! It saved us over $4,000.00 going this route. HVACDirect was very helpful throughout the process.

I just got unit working yesterday. It’s only been a day , but what I can say is purchasing to shipping went very well. Shipping was fast, but I wish company would have given me some notice on when they would arrive. This is a home I’m remodeling, so they were lucky my son was there doing some work. Not sure if they would have set it in driveway if nobody was home.
Overall great experience with hvac direct and so so with delivery company.

i would like to say that the product arrived on time and in good working order we had it installed and it is working fine. thank you for the help with which one to buy.
