Glad I found HVACDirect online. My furnace was dead. Having hvac experience, I just needed equipment. Hvac companies won't sell to the public and the big home improvement stores were not only 50% more expensive but had a several day wait period for shipping. At Hvacdirect I was able to pick up same day and save hundreds. I live in Georgia and almost didn't make the call to Ohio as it's a 20 hour round trip and I didn't want to go without heat waiting for delivery. Glad I did though since I learned that you have warehouses in Georgia. (You may want to add that to your website) I was pleased with your customer service. Questions answered, payment seamless, good product and value. Small glitch in communication between service rep and warehouse causing a delay at pickup but that was ironed out in a few minutes. Overall a great experience. I will definitely recommend HVACdirect to friends and family and use again myself.

The only thing that became a problem was the shipping as I was told that everything was in stock and would ship the following monday or tuesday at the latest and that did not happen for about

three weeks and then the freight company did not deliver until the 9th of january a lot different than 7 to 10 days.

I schedualed installation for the week after xmas and had to cancel due to non delivery and now everyone is to busy so will have to get furnace installed and wait for 3 ft of snow to melt

The new furnace is performing perfectly. We just experienced historical cod wind chill last week. The unit kept us very warm and comfortable.

unfortunately, due to weather and other factors, I will not be installing my new furnace until spring. (It will be replacing a wood stove) So far though, I am happy with my experience with purchasing it from your company.

Sorry for the late feedback. It’s been a whirlwind with holidays, but I want to say that my family is completely satisfied with HVAC direct product. I was very happy with the quick help I received by phone and online. It was easy and quick to get the right upgrade product for our home. my experience was great, i talked with several of the people there and each and everyone of them helpful, one item got shipped wrong and it was promptly taken care of and the correct one was sent ASAP. Tech support was great also. The entire experience was a good one would recommend to others.

The products appear to be working very well. The only issue I had was in the communication of when I would be receiving the product. I ended up having to call in order to find out and track through the various companies to know when it would get here. No email or call was sent to me to update me.

Other than that it was wonderful service and the products brought a much needed improvement to the building they went in. There was no problem installing them and they arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.

I received everything I ordered in good condition. I probably won't have it up and running until next summer since I can't propane installed until then. I anticipate everything to be just great. Thanks

everything went well from delivery until the furnace was running. Except one thing. I was doing the propane conversion, and one step was a little confusing. The flame wasn’t getting enough fuel. I tried a few things, then went back and reversed one step ( replaced the springs I was instructed to remove. Then, the burner worked instantly. I adjusted it a little bit and it was perfect.

I like the way it runs. Very smooth and quiet. It is in a rental house, so I don’t have any experience with it since installing it. But, I haven’t had any complaints, that is the goal.
