Reviews for 24,000 BTU ACiQ Standard 23.5 SEER2 Single Zone Wall Mounted Mini Split Heat Pump System – R454B | 230V

We recently had installed a mini split unit in our garage. This unit has been absolutely amazing. It got installed just before we had record low temperatures. But, this little jewel worked great and kept everything warm and comfortable. Definitely recommend. Great price, service, quality and speed of delivery. The sales representative (Chad) was great. Answered all our questions and was a great help, plus being really fun to talk to. If you have any reservations, you can forget them. These folks will take excellent care of your needs.

Thank you very much! We just had it installed today! So great full!!
Thank you again! I gave your contact information to a friend!

I found HVAC Direct by accident and I couldn't be happier that I did. I have ordered severval times this year and plan to continue ordering for upcoming projects. Thank you for your professionalism it's hard to find it today.

I can’t even hear this unit when it is running. It cools my 3-car garage quickly in the heat of Texas summer. Outside unit is mounted on the wall. Zero vibration. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Installed this system myself. Had to call tech support a few times to keep me on track, which was a big help.
Watched some generic youtube videos as well.
This system works great and is keeping g my 2500sqft home in Tahoe warm.

Easy to mount, works flawlessly, very quiet, and maintains set temperature.

Very satisfied so far

The equipment is excellent, and we are getting what we hoped for.

I am very happy with the order so far but we have not installed them yet. I am meeting with my contractor tomorrow in fact to make that plan for the installation so I will keep you posted as to how it's going.

Everything is fine so far. I have everything in place waiting for a friend of mine to connect the unit. The delivery went well and the packaging was great. I am looking forward to getting things running. You Guys are great. I will recommend you to other people.
