My purchase went smoothly, had a couple of hiccups with delivery but nothing drastic. Since this was my first experience with installing a minisplit, the instructions on installing were very difficult to follow. Because of this it did take a little longer to figure out. The hvac tech that I had contacted took some time to get here so the unit wasn't charged until yesterday. So far, I am very happy with the product performance.

Great technical support! I believe the gentlemens name is Jim. Called twice with questions and he was helpful and very supportive. It’s all installed and working like a champ. We are off grid (batteries) and this unit doesn’t beat up or power supply to bad. Def got to be a sunny day to use

Shopping was good. The phone calls to tech support to answer questions were good. If I were to do this in the future, I would certainly start here first.
