I had my original furnace show up damaged but I sent an email with photos and details of the damage and I quickly was on contact with Greg, Alessia, and Cassidy who got a replacement unit sent out on a timely manner. Delivery was great! There was an exterior box that was a little beat up, but the inside box was pristine. Once I unpacked the furnace, it became evident that the fan was loose in the bottom of the furnace. The fan is supposed to sit in a groove, and it had come out. I was able to put it back together, and it works terrific! Very quiet, lots of heat! Very happy with it....now to see if it lasts. It has only been installed for a couple days.
