- 1000% satisfied!Price100%Quality100%Service100%When our 20 year old heat pump finally died, I contacted HVACdirect online. The rep was super friendly and helpful with choosing the correct unit, and it arrived in 2 days, couldn't believe it! It is compact, runs super quiet, easily keeps up with demand, and is a bit more efficient than our older unit. We are currently building a new home and will absolutely be purchasing our new units from HVAC direct!
