I give an A-plus. My furnace has given me years of service and is still running great.

Everything came quick and I got it hooked up for the most part. Just have the return ductwork to finish up. Did a start up though and furnace runs great.

I had a great experience with my purchase from HVACDirect. I worked with Chad and he did an incredible job helping me to find an AC unit and had it delivered within a couple days. I'm especially grateful for his assistance because I do have a couple local AC companies that were not able to get a unit for between 2 and 4 weeks due to supply chain issues. My impression was Chad really put forth extra effort to be able to get the unit quickly. It was over 100 degrees and the existing unit failed completely so his effort was very much appreciated.



Lastly - I did want to share that because of the great work by Chad that I was able to cancel my order from Alpine home air since they failed to meet their promise to ship the same day as the payment was made by several days. In fact, I received my order sooner than I would have received the unit from Alpine Air if they would have shipped it on time.

The furnace was received in perfect condition. I had my old Goodman furnace removed and the new Goodman installed by a trained/skilled friend who works for an HVAC company. (in my crawlspace.) He and a coworker did a wonderful job. I noticed that this new furnace is much quieter than the previous. I am happy with the purchase. Thank you and your staff for your help.

The furnace went in well, however it is still summer so we have only ran it once to test it out. It seemed to turn on and off well. The package arrived on time and was in good shape.
