I am pleased with your company's sales representative (' s) and service. The function of the furnace seems to be very good so far. I haven't received an Xcell bill yet, so I can't speak about the efficiency.

The air conditioner hasn't been installed because it's in the middle of winter, so that will have to wait.

I had an old 70% AFUE, 100k btu gas/forced air furnace in my garage. It was originally in a home that was updated with a couple of additions and said furnace was no longer big enough for the house and was replaced. It was 12 yrs old at the time and a little big for my 900 sq ft garage (in Minnesota) but it worked awesome for almost 30 years.

This fall, the old furnace was having issues and needed to be replaced. So, I purchased a Goodman 80% AFUE, 80k btu from you and put it in. It’s exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. A 60k btu unit was on the border of recommendation, so I went one up to 80k. Thank you.
