The furnace was received in perfect condition. I had my old Goodman furnace removed and the new Goodman installed by a trained/skilled friend who works for an HVAC company. (in my crawlspace.) He and a coworker did a wonderful job. I noticed that this new furnace is much quieter than the previous. I am happy with the purchase. Thank you and your staff for your help.

My purchase of a Goodman 80,000 BTU furnace from you guys was probably the best idea I’ve had in a while. HVAC Direct’s website, with the filtering options to narrow your search window, is a great customer experience. I am also enjoying the 12 month financing option with zero APR. that way I don’t have to spend the money right now.
