Very pleased with our Goodman replacement unit. Past unit was not an energy efficient heat pump. Looking forward to savings on electric bills.

Switched from a 25 year old gas heat/central air to this heat pump and it's working great! Locally installed for just over one half of what local quotes for same equipment. Quieter, cheaper (we have solar panels, too) so obviously more energy efficient. Great sales person, shipped on time, installed in a day! Thanks HVACDirect.

So far so good. It has been in service for only 2 weeks as a heat pump. I hope it works well in AC mode as well. Some sort of feet on the bottom of the unit to help leveling and reduce vibration would be nice.
