This unit arrived in great shape and the specs on it were precise, so it fit perfectly as a replacement to an old system. Function fabulous right from the get-go.????????????????

This is a good product as always. The manual lacks good direction though. Setting new codes was best learned and shown by Johnstone Video on You tube. Thanks to them for simple 101 made easy and understandable. HVAC Direct has been a good company for us to work with and we thank them all for great service.

We replaced our air conditioning unit with a new Daikin/Goodman unit and are impressed with its quiet effectiveness.
