Reviews for 55,000 BTU ACiQ Extreme 22.2 SEER2 5 Zone Ceiling Cassette Mini Split Heat Pump System - R454B | 230V - 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 + 18

Very helpful sales Rep. Davis. Good company to purchase from, great prices.

aciq nice and quit easy to install. good warranty just installed it couple weeks ago so far works great.

No complaints from me. The process of identifying the type of system that I needed as well as the additional components that I wanted was very smooth and painless. I have used your site several times for finding and ordering mini split systems and each time has proven to be a simple process with quick delivery. Thanks!

Just finished installing my unit! It was easy and straight-forward. No issues at all!

My family and I are amazed the difference it has made! Our workshop is now a great place to be and work! Now our freezers and food supply doesn’t work near as hard and we can resume our freeze-dryer processes!

Thanks a million!

This system is superb. In a home built before the need for a/c; having no central ventilation system, I'm impressed with the ease of install, features and functions. This system is an absolute blessing.

The internet connected feature is phenomenal to control heat and cool on 5 units all at once.

Very satisfied and look forward to years of consistent heat and cooling throughout my home.

Initial impressions on the ACIQ mini split have been very good. I am a DIY homeowner but I am 608 certified so I installed the units myself. Installation was straightforward with no issues. I live in a log home and had reuse existing line sets due to not being able to access them without major demolition work. Line sets were thoroughly flushed and purged prior to triple evacuation. I did have to add about 3/4 lbs additional refrigerant due to the long length of the line sets. I am impressed with the units performance so far. I’m getting a 21 degree temperature difference supply vs return at the turbo fan setting. These units replaced a Carrier mini split system that never performed that well even when new. Loving the scheduling and other features of the mobile app to control the units. The inverter style condenser unit seems very efficient as far as amp draw. I really like how the fan speed will adjust to the outside ambient temperature for efficient heat extraction.

I chose the ACIQ system based on the warranty and online reviews having never seen the brand in person. I cannot yet vouch for the longevity of the units, but so far, I am completely satisfied.

I am so happy that I purchased the split system. It seems to heat up and cools our space very quickly.

My purchase went smoothly, had a couple of hiccups with delivery but nothing drastic. Since this was my first experience with installing a minisplit, the instructions on installing were very difficult to follow. Because of this it did take a little longer to figure out. The hvac tech that I had contacted took some time to get here so the unit wasn't charged until yesterday. So far, I am very happy with the product performance.
