Reviews for 80,000 BTU 96% AFUE Single Stage Gas Furnace | 21" Width | Downflow/Horizontal

I installed the little furnace the afternoon it arrived. Well I transported it 100 miles northward and then installed it on the plenum I had built for the former furnace. I made certain the footprint was the same as the former downdraft. The unit is an upgrade to the 40,000 BTU, which operated well for about 15 years there.
As far as dealing with you folks, everything went as planned, save for the delivery delay due to whatever strange weather was plaguing everyone the one day. No fault of yours. My plan was to install before that wicked sub-zero set in and I accomplished that. No frozen water pipes in our cabin in the forest.

I finally got that furnace installed. I'm pretty happy with it, mostly probably because I'm warmer, but it was a pleasant experience buying from HVAC Direct. Even the shipper was nice and prompt. I don't have any complaints, except I didn't know what I was doing when I started. Had I to do it over again, I would wish that you carried some of the ducting and plenum and filter box I needed, although through my learning here, that might be difficult and there are a lot of custom items that might be impossible to stock. I really hope to use you again if I purchase A/C, and I referred my sister to you for a new heat pump and will continue to do so with others.

I have not installed it yet, but this is the third Goodman furnace we have purchased. The other two we have had no problems with. Arrived in good time and condition.

Your company and products are the bomb! I have purchased two full units this year from this company, and both are beautiful, quality, and work perfectly! They arrived so fast that I did not even have the appointment made to get them in! Thank you so much.

Just letting you know the furnace I purchased from you is currently working perfectly!

Quite satisfied so far with furnace. It was delivered with no damage and was relatively easy to install. It started right up out if the box. I had a certified Hvac tech tune it up right after install and he had to make very little adjustment.

So for everything has gone just fine we got the Furnace installed and it's doing just fine. You have a pleased customer here AAA+++.

after a few hic ups on my original order, I received the furnace I wanted. The furnace was very easy to install and works well. Overall am very happy with HVAC direct and your team. Thank you.

We have not installed this system yet, waiting for a break in this brutal heat. My system is still working (just old) so no reason to take a chance and be without air conditioning at our ages.

BUT…… the guy who helped me on the phone with my order was FANTASTIC, don’t lose him.

It was great!
