Fan wind noise is noticable even at low speed. I have experiance with Daiken, Medea, and Mitsubishi minisplits and they are very quit compareded to this unit. I do like the remote control better than other brands. its easier to read.

Installed this system myself. Had to call tech support a few times to keep me on track, which was a big help.
Watched some generic youtube videos as well.
This system works great and is keeping g my 2500sqft home in Tahoe warm.

I am very happy with the order so far but we have not installed them yet. I am meeting with my contractor tomorrow in fact to make that plan for the installation so I will keep you posted as to how it's going.

Everything is fine so far. I have everything in place waiting for a friend of mine to connect the unit. The delivery went well and the packaging was great. I am looking forward to getting things running. You Guys are great. I will recommend you to other people.
