Reviews for ACiQ 1.5 Ton 16 SEER2 80% AFUE 40,000 BTU Furnace & AC System - R454B - Upflow/Horizontal

I am very impressed with your company. From your sales, especially Chad, down to the shipping. On all my previous orders, the packing is done very well and quick. I can’t see me ordering any HVAC equipment with out looking at you first.

Speaking of products, I am very impressed with this ACiQ line. I think the Koreans do some nice stuff.

When I needed some technical support I got quick and helpful info.

I’ve been doing HVAC since 1965. I think the direction you are taking here is the right move. Keep up the great work!

Awesome products! And Jeff was one of the best people I have purchased from!!

I couldn’t be happier with my HVAC Direct purchase. It was a great experience.

I am a homeowner with a strong set of skills but we all have to know our limits.

I had a buddy with 40+ years experience help out. He was super impressed with the quality of the products. He said I got everything needed, nothing extra and he said most people don't know enough to buy a Thermal Expansion Valve. It's not necessary but increases efficiency.

Thanks for everything.

You guys made this a great experience for me. I've never made any major appliance purchase online before and the experience was very good. I had an issue with the original order since it was damaged in shipping, but with some simple pictures and communication, I got a replacement shipped out immediately. Thank you for making this very easy all around.

Heater works great. It was received very promptly and was packaged well.

My experience has been great so far. Even with the hvac unit delivery being held up do to weather. Not a big deal since we wont be installing for a while as house is still being constructed. I can update further once unit is installed in the fall.

I installed the 3 Ton 18 SEER ACiQ Inverter Heat Pump Condenser with a 5 ton coil that matched my furnace box. The service manual has a chart to set the pressures to based on Temperature when at stable high cool/heat. I have it setup as a dual fuel configuration with my ancient 60% furnace. I am in Iowa and we get negative Temps. This heat pump has already saved me hundreds of dollars on my heating bill.

It was great! The delivery was great and the unit went in like a dream. In addition the unit is working great !!!!!!!! and I love it. When I need to put another one in I will call ya'll.
