Massive upgrade from my 28yo unit. Impossibly quiet… you wouldn’t know that’s it’s on unless you visually noticed the fan going. Instructions were easy enough for a first time DIY, although the circuit board instructions weren’t perfect. Tech support was unreasonably skilled, patient, and helpful, and not above some hand holding. Would absolutely buy again.

Great Furnace. Installation was fast and very neat. Furnace is the quietest unit I have ever had, starts and runs very well and looks good.
