Fast service, quality products!

The service was great good delivery time. Only thing is the sizing for the system on your website is wrong. I purchased a unit that is too big. Now have to figure out if we can use it or not.

I have been working with Jim Schmitt to help me get the final settings on my Heat Pump. He's great and patient and very knowledgeable and encouraging. I have some non-professional experience and he makes me feel confident and is willing to help me make sure I understand what is going on. You made a great choice hiring him. Unfortunately, at this time, I only have a need for one air conditioner. I am seriously thinking about becoming a tech though.

I just installed this last Thursday (11/17/2022), and it works great, installed easy and then fired right up. Great Furnace.

Shipped quickly and delivery driver was pleasant. Furnace quality is great and it works flawlessly. It is very quiet and moves plenty of air. It was delivered and installed before I even got a response from a local HVAC company!

My AC and furnace arrived in excellent shape, on time, and were installed a few days later by a licensed HVAC service. They were tuned and are working great!


It feels so good to have new, more efficient units, especially since we have retired and want to reduce our utility costs. I smile every time the furnace comes on!


Buying through HVAC Direct saved us about $5,000, and that covered over half the price of the new carpet and flooring we had installed throughout our entire home, something we had needed for a LONG time.
