Sorry for the late feedback. It’s been a whirlwind with holidays, but I want to say that my family is completely satisfied with HVAC direct product. I was very happy with the quick help I received by phone and online. It was easy and quick to get the right upgrade product for our home. Thanks again and I will certainly recommend HVAC to friends and family.

my experience was great, i talked with several of the people there and each and everyone of them helpful, one item got shipped wrong and it was promptly taken care of and the correct one was sent ASAP. Tech support was great also. The entire experience was a good one would recommend to others.

The products appear to be working very well. The only issue I had was in the communication of when I would be receiving the product. I ended up having to call in order to find out and track through the various companies to know when it would get here. No email or call was sent to me to update me.

Other than that it was wonderful service and the products brought a much needed improvement to the building they went in. There was no problem installing them and they arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.

I have been working with Jim Schmitt to help me get the final settings on my Heat Pump. He's great and patient and very knowledgeable and encouraging. I have some non-professional experience and he makes me feel confident and is willing to help me make sure I understand what is going on. You made a great choice hiring him. Unfortunately, at this time, I only have a need for one air conditioner. I am seriously thinking about becoming a tech though.

I received everything I ordered in good condition. I probably won't have it up and running until next summer since I can't propane installed until then. I anticipate everything to be just great. Thanks

everything went well from delivery until the furnace was running. Except one thing. I was doing the propane conversion, and one step was a little confusing. The flame wasn’t getting enough fuel. I tried a few things, then went back and reversed one step ( replaced the springs I was instructed to remove. Then, the burner worked instantly. I adjusted it a little bit and it was perfect.

I like the way it runs. Very smooth and quiet. It is in a rental house, so I don’t have any experience with it since installing it. But, I haven’t had any complaints, that is the goal.
