I have not installed the latest mini -split system yet, but I have helped my brother and son-law install (3) units purchased from your company (1) 4-ton unit (1) 3 1/2-ton unit (1) 2-ton unit and they went in like a dream. I will let you know when the 4 ton mini -split system is installed, from the appearance and quality of the equipment I'm impressed.

I purchased one of your units about a month ago finally got it all installed had a few hiccups with it with the communication between the two units I called your tech support and sales and they helped me out we got over that hiccup and come to find out I had a bad controller thermostat they're sending me a new one I have my old thermostat wired in the unit works very well I'm very very pleased with it your sales and tech support is very helpful they took care of me pretty quick thank you so much

Everything is all good. Equipment arrived 3 days earlier than expected (and this was during the Holidays). As usual, great service, great prices, great equipment. Above all, great people – you guys called me about my order and fixed an issue I wasn’t even aware of. I love working with your team – you guys rock!

I haven’t installed my new unit yet, but I was very pleased with my experience ordering it. The rep I spoke with with very helpful and friendly, recommended the product that I purchased, and was very informative. Furnace is working great! My installer said the air quest was a quality built furnace.
