No installation manuals, no owners manuals and no warranty paperwork were included with shipment, very disappointed in that! With the exception of the filter box I did get some paperwork with it.

I have some non-professional experience and he makes me feel confident and is willing to help me make sure I understand what is going on. You made a great choice hiring him. Unfortunately, at this time, I only have a need for one air conditioner. I am seriously thinking about becoming a tech though.
