Massive upgrade from my 28yo unit. Impossibly quiet… you wouldn’t know that’s it’s on unless you visually noticed the fan going. Instructions were easy enough for a first time DIY, although the circuit board instructions weren’t perfect. Tech support was unreasonably skilled, patient, and helpful, and not above some hand holding. Would absolutely buy again.

Website was easy to navigate, able to download the manuals before purchase, easy to order. Arrived very quickly and had very protective packaging. As described. Was able to install and get up and running with no issues. Price was great compared to other quotes I got. I did not need to contact tech support for anything, so no human contact was needed, so I can't speak to that. Rate 5 out of 5!

My furnace is running wonderfully. I installed it myself and after a couple of glitches (identified by the code) it has been a lifesaver and I love the fact that it is so efficient.

My a/c quit last fall. After some research I decided to do a full replacement of both units. After placing my order there were some out of stock issues. Nicholas was great in helping me get substitutions for my order. There were also some concerns about the delivery. He was great in coordinating the day and delivery time. Thanks again for great service !!

I installed this unit last weekend along with a matching coil during a heat wave. It performed perfectly. I like the 2 stage function. It drops to the 1st stage when it reaches thermostat set temp and maintains house temp using less energy. I hope this unit performs for years to come, but so far I am very happy especially the price I purchased it for.

Only time will tell when it comes to long term reliability but I have confidence I'll not need to make any claims during the 12 year warranty period.
Happy to be an HVAC Direct customer.
PS. Don't trust other shady sellers whose tag line is "At these prices our air conditioners won't last" 8-)
