Reviews for ACIQ 3.5 Ton 80% AFUE 88,000 BTU Furnace and Coil System - Multi-Positional - R454B

We live in an old 140 year old house with almost no insulation except in the attic. When our 400,000 BTU furnace died, we had to cut it out to get it out of the basement. We ended up picking up 4 of these furnaces to take the place of the old one and then we set up different zones in our home for each of the areas.
This furnace can be installed in almost any configuration and that was just the ticket we needed.
The furnaces came in very quick, and to no fault of HVACDirect, all furnaces came in with freight damage. It was very little and I was able to install all of them in less than a week.

Great product at an unbelievable price!!!

Installed for a customer. Great price and quality. Very versatile furnace and easy to configure. Quality cabinet construction.

1st time with ACiQ equipment. I think it is a great value. Would certainly buy another. Thanks.

Had a few hickups with substitution and delay but staff was helpful, available, and did the best they could. I appreciate the support and the equipment. HVAC Direct is ok! Thanks

I like the product I could by more if the price is cheaper

Furnace was at my door in less than a week

I bought my furnace almost a year ago, and it works great. I will buy from HVAC Direct again!

Would recommend to anyone looking for great pricing and service.

I am very happy and satisfied. The price was great and your recommended installer did a great job at a very good price. The equipment is working great and doing the job it is designed to do. I couldn't be happier. Thanks.

everything is fine
