Reviews for ACIQ 3 Ton 96% AFUE 60,000 BTU Furnace and Coil System - Multi-Positional - R454B

I received everything I ordered in good condition. I probably won't have it up and running until next summer since I can't propane installed until then. I anticipate everything to be just great. Thanks

everything went well from delivery until the furnace was running. Except one thing. I was doing the propane conversion, and one step was a little confusing. The flame wasn’t getting enough fuel. I tried a few things, then went back and reversed one step ( replaced the springs I was instructed to remove. Then, the burner worked instantly. I adjusted it a little bit and it was perfect.

I like the way it runs. Very smooth and quiet. It is in a rental house, so I don’t have any experience with it since installing it. But, I haven’t had any complaints, that is the goal.

It seems great so far! Thanks!

Were happy with your products and service

We purchased this furnace when our old furnace's heat exchanger went out. This furnace is so much better than the old Carrier furnace that was 17 years old. It's much quieter, heats the house quicker, and doesn't run all the time. It was easy to install with the clear instruction manual. Fit right up to existing ducting and exhaust and air intake piping. Thanks HVACDIRECT for quality products and great pricing.

The furnace I bought from you appears to be a quality product. I will be installing it in the next few weeks. I am sure to get a lifetime of service from it.

For the most part the product was fine. The furnace unit fan dragged due to a screw being stripped through. So it sucks having to fix a brand new product, but we were able to get it done before installation.

As of now everything is working great with the furnace. Product arrived undamaged and promptly. A+ experience. I’ve actually ordered off eBay two furnace/a/c kits as well from you and have been completely satisfied with them as well.

We are very pleased with the HVAC system we ordered and even more pleased that we received an upgraded system for the same price. Your service is outstanding along with pricing, our system shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I will highly recommend HVAC Direct to everyone. 5 stars for your customer service, thanks so much for great service along with great products and pricing.

So far so good. I haven’t gotten it hooked up to gas yet but the blower works with the plenum heater. I was really impressed with the speed of shipping. I have actually recommended your website to numerous people already. The HVAC guy here in my small town said that he can’t even order a furnace at the price I paid so he’s also recommending your company. :) thank you for the fantastic experience
