Warranty Information
The Broan® Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) is backed by Broan-NuTone’s Limited Warranty, ensuring reliable performance and lasting quality. The ERV Core and all Parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of original purchase. During this warranty period, Broan-NuTone will, at its option, repair or replace the product or any defective component without charge, excluding the cost of removal, reinstallation, and transportation. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and the original installation location.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance items, cosmetic damage, filters, fuses, or accessories sold separately. It also does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature. Products with altered, defaced, or missing serial numbers are excluded. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or province.
