Memphis Grills ITC Meat Probe - VG0956

This restaurant grade food probe works in tandem with the Intelligent Temperature Control system to measure the internal temperature of whatever you’re cooking. Once the food reaches the desired temperature, the ITC automatically reduces the grill temperature to the warm (the lowest set point).

• With this probe you can monitors your grill and adjusts to maintain optimal cooking temperatures
