Pre-weathered corten steel base and fire bowl, 1/2" carbon steel cooktop with grate. Made with weather resistant materials and can be left outdoors in all weather conditions. The three-part design makes it easy to transport. No required maintenance for base or fire bowl. After every wood-burning use scrape food residue into the fire and wipe cooktop with cooking oil.

With only a 30 minute heat up time and 1 hour cool down, the Sterling 40 makes for a quick prep time as well as an easy clean up. With the ability to also use pans on the cooktop, this grill is very versatile.
