- System arrived in a short time. Good communication between sales, delivery folks and ourselves. Furnace had damage on one side that we didn't see until we removed all items from pallet. Damage was cosmetic so we accepted a rebate and kept the furnace vsThe brand names for the components are new to this area so our hvac tech wasn't completely familiar with the low voltage connections between the furnace, heatpump and the t stat but the technical assistance guy walked us right through everything and answer all of our questions. System is so quiet , we barely hear it running. Heating right now but expect the air conditioning to work just as well.
