I had this installed last Friday. It is working like a champ. The air coming out of it is so cold & running my condenser unit like it is supposed to run. have only used the heat portion once when it was first stared & it warmed my trailer very quickly after not having any heat for 2 weeks. Very good unit.

Too early to give fair evaluation. Need a few months of summertime conditions, and winter, to evaluate potential energy savings, and heatpump performance
