arrived in good condition with additional parts as ordered, easy install and instructions were clear and helpful. Runs quieter than the Carrier that was replaced and keeps my home at a more steady temperature.

I installed the little furnace the afternoon it arrived. Well I transported it 100 miles northward and then installed it on the plenum I had built for the former furnace. I made certain the footprint was the same as the former downdraft. The unit is an upgrade to the 40,000 BTU, which operated well for about 15 years there.
As far as dealing with you folks, everything went as planned, save for the delivery delay due to whatever strange weather was plaguing everyone the one day. No fault of yours. My plan was to install before that wicked sub-zero set in and I accomplished that. No frozen water pipes in our cabin in the forest.

I finally got that furnace installed. I'm pretty happy with it, mostly probably because I'm warmer, but it was a pleasant experience buying from HVAC Direct. Even the shipper was nice and prompt. I don't have any complaints, except I didn't know what I was doing when I started. Had I to do it over again, I would wish that you carried some of the ducting and plenum and filter box I needed, although through my learning here, that might be difficult and there are a lot of custom items that might be impossible to stock. I really hope to use you again if I purchase A/C, and I referred my sister to you for a new heat pump and will continue to do so with others.

I have not installed it yet, but this is the third Goodman furnace we have purchased. The other two we have had no problems with. Arrived in good time and condition.
