Air handler AVPTC61D14AC. Showing code E c in red. What does it mean?

EC means the blower speeds have not been set to match the size heat kit being used with the equipment. This will lockout the heat strip from operating, so it doesn't overheat and damage the heat kit, if minimum airflow isn't met.
