My blower is not adequate. I have a 3 ton blower for a 3 ton a/c system. My return air also not pulling adequately. What could be the issue?

There can be a few different reasons why your blower may be inadequate. A few examples include, your ducts having leaks or your speed not being set-up properly. AC tonnage has a specific setting for each tonnage, so the speed may be not set-up correctly for what you need.
