Can this unit be used in Las Vegas, Nevada?

This unit is no longer approved for installation in Nevada. As of 1/1/23, the US Department of Energy released new mandates regarding energy efficiency which heavily affects the southern region of the US, of which Nevada is part of. The southern region can no longer purchase or install regular SEER air conditioners. If you need to purchase an air conditioner, you will have to get a SEER2-rated air conditioner. Alternatively, you can buy a regular SEER heat pump condenser instead. Regular SEER heat pump condensers are still acceptable in the southern region for now.
