Can a TV be installed above it?

There is no specific testing information provided by Buck Stove for clearances to a television. Good faith recommendations generally made in our industry are if the television meets the clearances for a wood mantel, it would be good for a television. Another industry recommendation is that if not purchased with a wood mantel cabinet from the manufacturer that a shelf be installed greater than the depth of the television to deflect heat away.
